1. Rental Agreement
These terms govern the rental of any vehicle from Veloce Private Fleet ("Veloce"). By making a reservation you agree to be bound by them.
2. Driver Requirements
Primary drivers must be at least 30 years of age with a valid driving license held continuously for five (5) years, a clean driving record, and government-issued photo identification.
3. Insurance
Every rental includes fully comprehensive insurance, third-party liability, and roadside assistance. A refundable security deposit covers the policy excess.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable deposit is charged at time of booking and returned within 72 hours of a clean vehicle return.
5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles may not be driven off sealed roads, taken to any track or timed event, used for commercial transport, or driven outside the country of pickup without prior written approval.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations more than seven days before pickup are fully refundable. Within seven days, half of the deposit is refunded. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
7. Damage & Fines
The renter is responsible for any damage beyond fair wear and tear, and for any traffic fines or tolls incurred during the rental period.
8. Liability
Veloce's liability under this agreement is limited to the value of the rental. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
